Hi,
my name is Simon Holmes I am a self confessed dive-a-holic. I
have been diving for over 8 years. I am a Staff Instructor.
My favourite dive destinations aside from the UK are the Red Sea, Tenerife, Egypt, Jordan, British
Virgin Islands and Southern Ireland.
When it comes to pleasure diving, well "Bring It On". I hope to
meet some of the visitors to this site soon, either on a course or just e-mail us
for a
dive.
Cheers!

Hello my name is Katie Holmes, I am a PADI Staff Instructor with The Dive School and I get a real buzz out of seeing our students progress and develop their scuba skills. I particularly enjoy working with children and helping the younger ones get the best out of our courses and programmes.
I have dived extensively around the world and can't wait to share my enthusiasm and experience, so what are you waiting for!!
Hello, my name is Rob Randall. I am a PADI Staff instructor with The Dive School and I am qualified to teach our full range of courses and specialty programmes. I am absolutely passionate about diving and it is a privilege to be able to share my experience and knowledge with others interested in this great activity.
I have dived extensively in UK waters and in the Red Sea, The Mediterranean, Indian Ocean, and The Caribbean and it never ceases to amaze me how very different and beautiful these environments are. I love diving wrecks and discovering the variety of marine life you can find on them, in all its various forms. I am also passionate about underwater conservation and a keen supporter of a number of charitable organisations that promote the wellbeing of our seas and oceans.
I get a great thrill from teaching, whether absolute beginners or those with some diving experience who want to continue their diving adventure. I am enthusiastic about all aspects of this great activity and I hope some of that rubs off on my students. I have to warn you though – once you're bitten by the SCUBA bug there's no going back!
Come on in, the water's lovely!!!
Rob
Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Nathan O'Hare and I work for The Dive School as a PADI Instructor and have been part of the team for over 3 years. Using my experiences as a diver and instructor I have the pleasure of teaching something that I love doing, and hopefully new divers will develop the same enthusiasm and enjoyment from recreational diving that I have.
I like to dive all over and not just in tropical or warm waters. All around our own coast the UK offers some fantastic diving right on our doorsteps and I like to explore these shores just as much. Overseas I have dived in the Med, the Red Sea, Australia, Malaysia. and Mozambique. Whether its Swanage or Sharm-el-sheikh, West Bay or Whitsunday Islands, the variety and complexity of all marine habitats and species never ceases to amaze me
For anyone that has an interest in the fascinating underwater world and who wants to experience it first hand then learning to SCUBA dive is a must. Contact The Dive School now and we'll get you diving!

Hi,
My name is David Griffiths. I am very passionate about diving and training people to dive. I have been diving for 9 years and working with The Dive School for over 4 years. I am a fully qualified PADI Open Water Scuba & EFR Instructor.
I especially enjoy diving and teaching in British waters, with slightly more challenging conditions, great variety and interesting sites, makes us all better & safer divers. Have also dived in a number of other countries such as Cuba, Dubai, Thailand and all over the Red Sea.
My favourite dive to date was in the Red Sea watching a very rare Dugong (aka Sea Cow). In just 6m of water, it looked prehistoric with a large pink body and giant whale tale. It had small soulful eyes and large mouth that hovered up the sea grass, emitting billowing clouds of silt. It was incredibly graceful and beautiful in a 2 tonne pink sort of way.
As far as training goes, taking most people from a state of anxiousness and little or no knowledge to a competent & safe diver is very rewarding. It is great to hear from my students when they return from visits around the UK or different parts of the world and I get updates on their underwater adventures.
I really enjoy sharing my knowledge and making the course as rewarding as possible.
I look forward to meeting you soon
David
